SUNDAY OWNER REFUND POLICY

For Digital Video refund requests, please do the following:

  1. Email us at customerservice@allaboutsunday.com and provide the following information:
    • Your name
    • Your product order number
    • The name of the video for which you are requesting a refund
    • The reason for your request
  2. We will review your request for within 5 business days.
  3. Once we review your request and a refund has been authorized, we will issue a refund to the payment method you used to purchase the video(s).
  4. You will receive an email from us letting you know that your order has been refunded or requesting additional information.
